We REQUEST that all tenants submit repair requests through the PropertyMeld portal.
 

Why we use PropertyMeld:
  • Prompt communication with management and maintenance techs
  • Easily attach pictures to a work order from your phone
  • No application download required
  • Ability to provide feedback
 

For After-Hours Emergency* Maintenance Requests

Please call 254-935-2392 (select option 2). Leave a detailed message including your name, phone number, address, and the emergency situation. You can also email us at [email protected] or text the code “999” to 254-935-2392.

*Please note that an EMERGENCY is when a tenant’s life is at risk, home is flooding, or is on fire.

*Submitting a non-emergency maintenance request on our emergency line will result in a $100 fee.

*HVAC and A/C issues are NOT an emergency. We do prioritize these as URGENT and in most cases they are repaired within 2 days.
