We REQUEST that all tenants submit repair requests through the PropertyMeld portal.

Why use we use PropertyMeld:
  • Communicate with management and maintenance techs
  • Attached pictures to work order easily from your phone
  • No application download required
  • Provide feedback
  • Once you picked your password for Property Meld it should save the password so you don’t need to manually login in the future

For After-Hours Emergency* Maintenance Requests

Please call 254-935-2392(select option 9). Leave a detailed message including your name, phone number, address, and emergency circumstances. You can also email us at [email protected] or text CODE 999 to 254-935-2392.
*Please note an EMERGENCY is when an ordinary tenants’ life is at risk, home is flooding or on fire.
*Submitting a non emergency maintenance issue on our emergency line will result in a $100 fee. 
*A/C is NOT an emergency. We do count it as URGENT and in most cases is repaired within 2days.
