I am a single mom of 3 young kids and I am very particular about where and how I have my family living. The team at REAL Star always ensures that they find exactly what I need. Recently, I have taken on the role of caring for my dad who is terminally ill and I needed a bigger place. I was introduced to Herman and Isaac with REAL Star Property Management about 9 months ago. I have rented properties in this area for many years and during that time I have dealt with many different agencies and private owners. Many times you are led to believe that the owners or property managers will take care of you, your money, and the property as long as you pay the rent. Many times this has not been true. I have been disappointed with the way a lease turned out over and over. Either it is handled by someone who has no real estate or accounting background or by people that simply do not care. At the end of April I switched over to your property management service. The previous company that I was using had let my property in Belton sit empty for over 7 months and they were encouraging me to lower the rent. I then listed with you and within 3 DAYS you not only leased the property but leased it for more than what I was getting previously!! That is amazing. The first time I called your office I spoke with Herman. I was impressed by his compassion and energy. REAL Star Property Management is absolutely the best. I believe that there are many elements which makes this company successful, but the main element is that the management team is comprised of real estate investors who truly understand the challenges of owning and managing rental properties. For many companies, property management is just another stream of income without really understanding the importance of the principles of cost effectiveness, but Herman and Isaac both have degrees in Accounting so they know how to manage property and make the owners money. They have treated my properties like their own and are always looking out for my best financial interest. Since they have taken over my properties, I have been able to sleep better at night and am able to travel more internationally. The day REAL Star Property Management came into my life was one of my better days. I own apartments and houses in the Temple-Belton area, and things were not going too well for me. I was having problems with renters not paying their rent, and they were destroying the units. When REAL Star Property Management took over, they found better clientele who pay their rent and do not destroy things. If there is a problem, they take care of it. If a renter does not pay, REAL Star Property Management handles the situation with accuracy and speed, and I have absolutely nothing to do with it. Oh, by the way, did I mention, not only do I have piece of mind, I am making a LOT MORE MONEY!!
